By using Sorayume.com services you agree you will not violate any laws for our country (United States of America) or yours if other than the USA. The services provided by Sorayume.com are non-refundable, by making a purchase you agree to pay the full amount. If any laws are broken your account access will be revoked and there will not be refunds issues and you are liable for any legal actions which are encountered. You agree you are 18 years of age and or have parent consent conducting this transaction.
Thou shall not steal.
Thou shall not hack.
Thou shall not spam.
Thou shall not host hacking, pornographic or illegal files including copyrighted music.
You are responsible for your account and the actions performed from your account, protect this information with your life, if your account has been compromised you are responsible. If you share your login or account information with anyone you are responsible. We do not back up your personal web files; always keep a copy on your hard disk or floppy disk.
The owner of Sorayume.com services shall not be held responsible for the actions of the clients. Sorayume.com will protect copyrighted materials, if asked they will remove items at any time to protect the services offered.
Bandwith Overusage
If you go over your bandwith usage for the month at the end of that calendar month we charge you $1.50 per GB of bandwith you have gone over. Traffic usage is not prorated, so if you use 1.1GB of traffic over your given bandwith for the month you will then be charged for 2GB at the end of that month.
Recurring Billing -Paypal
Paypal will automatically bill your account for the payment term you have chosen. It is the client's responsibility to ensure that they have sufficient credit to cover the transaction. In the event that there is insufficient credit, as a courtesy we will send an reminder at which point we will need to be provided with sufficent funds within 48 hours. If we do not receive a response within 48 hours, the account and any accounts under that plan will be suspended. It is the client's responsibility to provide us with a valid e-mail address where you could be reached.
Recurring Billing -Cash, Check or Money Order
If you paying by cash, check or money order your bill will be sent on the first of every month and will be due by the 14th of that month. In the event that your payment is not received by the due date you will be emailed and notified that your account will be suspended within 48 hours. If we do not receive a response within 48 hours, the account and any accounts under that plan will be deactivated. It is the client's responsibility to provide us with a valid e-mail address where you could be reached.
Bad Checks
If you send us a check and your check is returned for any reason we will charge you $25.00 plus the amount you owe us for that bill. You will be notified via email and you are to take action within 48 hours or your account will be terminated.
Refusal of Service
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel services at our sole discretion. Failure to comply by the terms of Sorayume will result in immediate termination of services. No refunds will be given under these circumstances unless you have paid in advance for future months. No partial months will be refunded.
Amendmentss
We may amend these terms at any time in our sole discretion. Due to these policies being available for public viewing at all times, it is the clients responsibility to regularly view these terms for changes or updates.
